I had an issue with a payment not being correctly applied so I called and spoke with Bilal.
He was very knowledgeable, incredibly courteous and receptive to my many questions, and quickly resolved a fairly difficult issue for my family. He deserves some special praise at the next staff meeting as well as a generous increase in his wages. Staff like this are the heart and soul of US Mobile and their paychecks ought to reflect their importance to the company's overall growing success.
