Amir was a Product Experience Analyst who answered my call about some activation issues. He was incredibly kind and patient with all my errors and mistakes. I apologized and his response is "This is my job. We will get it worked out"
AMIR is a gem of an employee to not be in a hurry and to calmly walk me through things. He is a Rock star employee due to his kindness and patience with a non tech person. I so wish all companies employed such reps. THANK YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO AMIR.
