What amazing customer service - these reps have been nothing but patient and kind as I completely transferred over to them from a different carrier, which had been very stressful. Viscam and Shan E. Ali (really hope I got the names spelled correctly) were two who were very helpful. The phone service itself is also up to par and much more affordable than the other big name carriers. Hoping to be a long term customer!
