I had the pleasure of dealing with Iqra Azad. She was professional and solved my problem with my AUTOPAY which had my old credit card that was lost and then cancelled. I forgot to update the the AUTOPAY with the new credit card information. She got my phone numbers reinstated. I have had AT&T and Verizon and VISIBLE(VERIZON offshoot, which only has CHAT). The customer service at US MOBILE I find to be better and more helpful.
