Telha helped me so much today. He literally talked w me for 2 hours and taught me SO much. He was patient, professional, kind, and his English is perfect. He helped me address all the problems i was having and talked me through the solutions. I had been ready to switch carriers and he literally kept me as a US mobile customer and my two children. So he saved three customers from leaving. He is a HUGE asset to us mobile!! He deserves a raise!!
