How can we thank Mr Bilal, let me count the ways. It isn’t easy to teach a 76 year old and an 80 year old how to do a complicated thing such as filling in all these number, passcodes etc. But… Mr Bilal was able to do it and be patient and friendly.
We learned quite a bit about US Mobiles customer service. More companies should train their employees the way they do. Thank you Bilal manzoor, thank you US Mobile.
