Thank you so much to Saha, she was the most patient and helpful person that I've spoken to in years from any company and I sincerely mean that. She walked me through every step of a confusing phone-sim transfer situation that I was clearly upset about but she was complete and utter professional the whole over an hour conversation even when I started to get upset she still talked to me with a calm voice never once raising her voice.
