Only been on 3 hours, and first had to deal with APN SETTINGS, then couldn't send MMS. The phone was answered fairly promptly with friendly help.
Before all that Verizon was screwing me around with transfer pin code...a US Mobile rep named Khurraim patiently stayed on phone with me until Verizon finally gave me correct pin that went through. Relieved Sim today, was completely ported, working ported phone number,and bugs worked out in around 4 hours.
Every customer service person especially Khurraim was polite, friendly. Verizon goodbye, well kinda, still on their towers LOL
My data seems to be actually faster?!
