Ghazanfar Ali was AMAZINGLY helpful, OVERWHELMINGLY polite and so darn efficient that I the issues I had with my new service were resolved as quickly as I brought them up. Going from "no service" when I called in to quickly having a fully functioning phone is joyful experience that anyone these days can fully appreciate.
