After joining US Mobile, I'm not sure why anyone would still use one of the big three providers, or any of the secondary ones either. The reception and coverage has been phenomenal. Super simple phone setup without the need for standing in long lines at a physical location. And to top it all off, excellent customer service. I'm definitely a devoted customer and getting all of my friends and family on board, too!
