Sherbano was extremely helpful. I did not have a second device for her to call and so she called me back multiple times in order to fix my problem. She probably called me back at least 15 times. Try this I'll call you back and then again try this and I'll call you back. Her patience was amazing and she speaks perfect English. She's very kind and polite every time she called back.
