My phone wouldn't allow me to make outgoing calls to a number of people or businesses.
When I called US Mobile, the gentleman who answered the phone was so helpful. He told me what to do and helped fix my phone.
He even followed up with a later call to ensure my service was still working.
I really appreciate having someone so sincere working with me to resolve my issue.
