After more than a year of flawless service with USMobile I encountered a problem (which turned out to be a 3rd party voicemail issue). The phone queu count was high but it counted down quickly. The rep worked through the issue behind the scenes while I stoodby. After a reboot of my phone everything was back in order. Great support in my book!
