I had some trouble transferring my line to esim. The first person that helped me solved my issue. I did not have to wait long to get help. I also did not have to call again. The customer service was excellent. The representative( who I forgot to ask their name) was very helpful and patient with me. Very knowledgeable and provided clear instructions. Helped me out from the beginning of the call to its end. I am a very happy customer of USmobile and will continue to be !
