I Can't express my gratitude enough to Nobel, the Technical Support Representative who took the time & patience this morning, who worked with me in resolving a host of problems in bringing a new Apple SE GEN 3 iPhone into service. He did an amazing job of stepping this 79 year old through a number of procedures in the activation of an e-Sim and in checking to ensure that it was fully functioning with all of the capabilities of my phone. U.S.Mobile needs to clone Nobel and I would deem him to be one its TOP Representatives !!!
