I am so impressed and grateful for all of the techs I talked to several times with the challenging problems They were polite and showed a sincere effort to help. After they went through the long list of what to try, ( I had to take breaks!), they sent me to a senior tech, Nobel. He was even more kind, patient, respectful, polite, explained well, and so willing to help me. I was slow and he never acted frustrated. Although it was a tiring many hours, it was also a joy! Thank you so much ☺️
