Nobel, who works with usmobile, made a normally dull experience (calling to resolve a phone issue) into a delightful experience indeed. If more call centers or customer service folks were as genuinely helpful and concerned to resolve my issue as he was, then there would be more happy people walking around spreading kindness. I hardly ever write reviews unless my experience is dreadful but Nobel at US Mobile was an absolute sweetheart not to mention increased my positive experience with US Mobile in general. Thank you, Nobel!
