How refreshing it is to know exceptional customer service still exists!
Mr Ghazanfar Ali gets 100 Stars. I had issues getting my number ported over and no matter what he never gave up. When the port happened is was instantaneous, our call was dropped and he called right back and made sure all services were working.
I tried to move to Visible months ago but that never happened because there were zero humans to deal with their website problems.
