Just had a wonderful experience with call-in support. Originally called to switch back to the black sim card from the white one due to finding out data de-prioritization was just as bad on the TMO network, but Nobel took the time to explain the issues that could be causing my problems. We discussed MVNO's, coverage, VZ vs TMO networks, and a few other things. It was great to have someone on the other end that understood the technology and issues. He provided excellent customer service.
