Iqra Azad was excellent in supporting my move to a new Shared Pool plan and adding a 2nd line being ported from Verizon. She was knowledgeable, professional & friendly!
The only issue I had was that the call center phone system from Pakistan dropped call twice and had bad delays to USA. Iqra consistently called me back (I was on land line) so she was great but call center phone infrastructure was not.
