US Mobile didn't exactly make me happy. But Shan Ali definitely did. He made up for all the aggravation and hours spent trying to debug my phone. He was very pleasant and real, knowledgeable, easy to understand fluent in English, so he understood me very well. Just a pleasure all around. He is the only reason I am still a customer. That, and the amazing plan options and prices.
I realize a lot of the problems were due to my phone being an ancient three years old, but still...
