I chatted online with 1st agent. I was told I cannot activate the eSim becuz even though the phone is unlocked it was previously locked. I was so upset! I googled and foubdcthe issue discussed on Reddit. I followed a suggestion. Afterwards I called US mobile and Haroon Marjeed saved the day! My husband's phone is now working with an e-Sim. He did a great job. He deserves a raise and or a bonus! Thank you so much, Haroon!
