I was frustrated with my service. My calls were going straight to voicemail. Text messages were very delayed. When I would try to use my phone for verification, I would not get the alerts. Joshua R, at US Mobile, was my rep. He listened to my concerns. His kindness, patience, and calm never wavered throughout the call, even though I am not a "techy". He is very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the steps to fix the issues. I didn't feel rushed, and he made sure all of the issues were addressed before he ended the call.
