Wonderful 5-Star customer service from Nobel. Called customer service due to an issue with my mobile phone. After a lengthy wait (I was number 18 in the queue), Nobel was able to quickly and precisely work through my issue and re-establish my device's connection. His patience and professionalism were greatly appreciated. I was considering an alternative mobile provider until this call, so US Mobile can thank Nobel for my continued service.
