Samir was so awesome. I could have asked for better customer service over the phone. Samir took the time to walk me through several troubleshooting methods to assist me with an issue where my iPhone would not connect to the wi-fi which led to a resolution of the problem. Not only did he take the time to help me, but he also advised me that when I performed the last step he suggested, our phone call would be disconnected so I would need to re-enter the wi-fi password and he would call me back which he did. Five stars across the board.
