Wow, I am impressed with the excellence of Nobel's help this morning!!! I had several issues and he very kindly and calmly addressed each issue with competence and caring. It felt like a friend was helping me out bc he cared about resolving the issues but also was friendly. I had fun resolving my issue.....what!!? Fun solving my problem....if only all problems were fun to resolve!!!
