There a Gem of a Customer Service Representative at US Mobile, this superhuman goes by the name 'ANUM'. She is professional, delegint, informative, positive, has clear and active communication. Since when did customer service representative get so good. I honestly feel it can't get any better than what it is at the moment. Kudos to US Mobile for recruiting such an amazing representative. I have been in the Customer Service industry for more than 2 years now and I understand how important it is to display the best customer service possible in order to succeed in the industry. After my call with her, my mood just got so much better, had a smile on my face the entire day. Honestly all she did was her job and that unknowingly just reflected so much on my mood. Her dedication towards her work and customer satisfaction is over the top. I never wrote a review in my entire life, so just imagine how satisfactory her service was,for me to take the time in my day to write this. Finally you should be proud of your Anum for being so good at your job and that's not something you often see. US Mobile just give this woman a damn raise she is deserves it more than you could imagine.
