I needed technical support to assist me port a number for a new service. In a few minutes Nobel was on the line and able to assist me resolving the issue. He was very knowledgeable and clear on his instructions. I felt confident and comfortable doing what he asked and we soon had the phone up and working on US Mobile. I have been in business over 40 years and this was one of the best technical support interactions that I have had. Great job Nobel and US Mobile!!
