I really enjoyed dealing with Nobel. He provided quick, efficient, and polite customer service with a proper British accent. I appreciate US Mobiles round the clock support, as I called at 8 p.m. Pacific Time, had a brief hold time of less than 15 minutes, and Nobel had my newest line successfully added to my 6 phone pool.
Also, this was the second time I needed help activating a line. The previous call was for the same reason - and had the same result. Just some minor tweaks to the settings on my phone and everything works!
