I have had positive experiences with customer service at US Mobile! The first representative I talked with was Joshua, and he answered many of my questions and helped make starting USMobile more straightforward, easier, and seamless. With the 30 day free trial, I thought well... why not. The price is also pretty right. The phone service works quite well actually. Customer service has been pleasant and available. I've also asked questions through the chat (I forgot their names already :( ) - I asked a lot of questions to the second person, and he answered many of my questions thank you! It helped me choose the product that will fit me and what I was looking for. I'm still on the free trial with USMobile, but so far... I think it might be... okay, like maybe pretty good. It hasn't felt too different (except maybe when there was a blackout, but also I'm not sure how that impacted non-USMobile users). This is my first prepaid plan, and I'm not really seeing a reason to go to post-paid!
