I just joined US MOBILE, I was able to connect my phone easily, but i had problems with my husband's phone. i contacted US MOBILE, and very fortunate for me; i had Nobel who helped! Nobel was very patient with me(I'm a senior citizen), and he very patiently walked me through all the steps He even checked to make sure that i could receive and make calls, text and use the internet with the phone.
