Aden was AMAZING! After I ported my husband's # to IS Mobile, we found we were still on T-Mobile's network. We'd had trouble with them and wanted to switch to Verizon. That was easy enough but the physical SIM card we had was defective and the Verizon database that US Mobile uses said our eSIM slot was locked. After hours of chatting and calling between Google, US Mobile and Verizon, Adeen figured out what was wrong and fixed it so the eSim -and the phone! - now works. This was especially important because my husband starts chemo tomorrow 150 miles away and needed a working phone. Give that man a raise! I'd give him 100 stars if I could. He turned hours of frustration into calm at a time when very little is going right for our family.
