I spoke Shan Ali for over a hour and a half. This young man was very patient and knowledgeable. If he was frustrated at any time I never noticed. He has to repeat himself number times due to a health issue I have with my ears. I never told him this. We would get disconnected and he never failed to call me back until my issue was resolved. I'd like to say thank you to him again. It's hard to find good customer service anywhere now days.
