Very Disappointed – Constant Service Issues, No Resolution, and No Refund
I started using US Mobile in November 2024, and since then, I’ve never had more than 1–2 bars of service. Many times it even drops to SOS – no service.
I was originally on the Light Speed network and switched to the Warp network after repeated issues, but the problems stayed the same. Whenever I contacted support, they only told me to switch networks again instead of fixing the problem. No real solutions were ever provided.
Customer service is very difficult to reach. Phone calls go unanswered, and while email responses eventually come through, the process is frustrating—too many back-and-forth messages and still no resolution.
On top of all this, I requested to cancel my service and asked for a refund for the remaining time since I had paid upfront for a full year. They refused, leaving me stuck with service I can’t reliably use.
Overall, the service has been unreliable, support unhelpful, and their refund policy unfair. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend US Mobile.
