Beware! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I started the porting process from Cricket to US Mobile on September 13th. Since then, I’ve been reaching out almost every day because my number still hasn’t been activated. Every time I contact support, I’m told to “wait 24–48 hours” with no real progress or solution.
This ongoing delay has seriously affected my business, and the lack of accountability is frustrating. Instead of helping resolve the issue, support keeps repeating the same excuse.
I would not recommend US Mobile based on this experience. Reliable service and communication are critical, and unfortunately, this has been neither.
