Over, US Mobile needs to better train people on your help line, on the phone and on live chat. I was misinformed and the staff were following a script and sticking to it. They were not taking what I was saying seriously or 'listening" in the chat or over the phone. Critical thinking (outside the box) best works for 'troubleshooting' with customers.
