I was having trouble with SIM card compatibility and essentially was left with two active lines and only one compatible phone for my Super LTE sim. Instead of making me run out the rest of the month with a sim/plan I couldn’t use, they found a way to cancel the plan and issue a partial refund due to the circumstances. Less than 24 hours for escalated response. A-class. I love this service.
