I have had some problems getting my number ported over from Sprint. It was my fault, because I gave the wrong pin # to start. I got a new pin # from Sprint, but this was not registered with them, so my number was still not ported. Finally I called sprint yesterday and got yet another new pin # and all along I have been doing chats with US Mobile Help Staff. They have been wonderful, always so helpful and patient. And always available - this is so great. I think you have the best customer service people of any company I have experienced.
