Even though I am leaving US Mobile, their off boarding process was simple, and efficient. The kind service agent I spoke to was able to help me port my number, and I enjoyed my time at US Mobile. If not for my rising data needs (and unfortunately rising costs) I would have happily stayed. Thank you.
