While the purchasing / service options are very flexible, the voice quality (clarity, call drops, etc), inability to send photos or attachments via SMS even to other US Mobile phones, and the data issues (slow speed, connectivity issues, and other problems) are something that keeps this service from being considered good and closer to borderline poor quality all around..
For the price, I suppose it may be considered acceptable. However, the data price is too high considering the issues we face so often.
