Have used US Mobile for years for my elderly mother's phone service and we have been quite happy with service and reception. This review is actually for the process of leaving US Mobile to move to another carrier, as it works better for her to be on my family plan. Aneel J. helped me gather the info needed to port her old number to the new carrier, much more efficiently and with less pressure to stay than I've encountered porting my numbers with the big phone carriers. So while I'm sorry we have to leave US Mobile, I highly recommend them to anyone for the quality of their service, their support, and their pricing flexibility!
