They have great low cost phone plans for what you get with their service. You can easily adjust your phone plan(s) with their user-friendly web interface (or, I believe, through their new app now as well). They also have very good service coverage with both their T-Mobile and Verizon network sims. However, their best feature is that their customer service is awesome and top-notch!!
