My existing provider increased my bill $78/mo to $115/mo. After researching other carriers, I decided to go with US Mobile. After a short and thorough explanation of services and billing, I requested their starter kit and I received it within 2-3 days. I got busy and forgot to execute the change from Credo to US Mobile. However, I received two reminders. The first was another bill from Credo and the second was a reminder from US Mobile. US Mobile even offered to give me a month free if I opted to make the switch, so I did. I had a couple of questions about the plans and also about porting my existing number over to US Mobile. The CSR, Zia R., who helped me was fantastic! My whole experience from beginning to end was as smooth as silk. US Mobile temporarily broke my Happy Meter! I'm stuck on 100% for a bit. And glad of it. I will now seek a sales position with US Mobile (maybe) because with support like this on the back end, I believe I could earn a fortune promoting US Mobile! If my user experience is close to this, I will have hit cell phone service heaven!
