I have had a bit of a rocky start with US Mobile transitioning from ATT, but every time I needed help, the customer service was excellent.
Today Kamil Kan spent over 2 hours to help me optimize the settings on my new iPhone. He was very patient and had options if one pathway did not fix the issue.
