My android updated and briefly left me without internet. Kamil Kahn was able to help solve my issue quickly and efficiently over chat. He had me back surfing the web in 5 minutes. I have been very pleased with US mobile (FAR cheaper than my previous carrier) and the customer service has been excellent.
