Had a problem send pictures to Android users (I use an iPhone).
Tried many things, never got it resolved.
Chatted with Aaron Wylie in their Customer Support group, and in under an hour, it was resolved perfectly. He provided exact step-by-step directions to get the job done.
Very knowledgeable, very customer friendly, and he has a great sense of humor, which since we were in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic, was greatly appreciated!
In addition, what else I love about US Mobile is their plan setup. Most flexible in the industry. Do a lot of texting but little talking and little data? Buy a plan that supports that. Don't ever use data? Configure your plan that way. AND, you can change it every month, as your needs change. AND if you run out of something like data, you can 'top up' for that month alone, at any time, without changing your basic plan.
In short, I could not be happier with my cell company than I am with US Mobile.
