I am a new customer with US Mobile. I had a question about my phone settings - It showed "Roaming Indicator Off" instead of the network name. I spoke with Kamil Khan through the virtual chat. He was super kind, very knowledgeable, and tried everything he could to solve the issue. He verified with his team that there isn't an issue on the back end with this message and all services are expected to be working properly. He informed me that is not a service issue and more likely a device issue (which could probably be resolved with a factory reset or software upgrade). Thanks again for the help!
