I have been using US Mobile for over a year. I have loved the ease of service for my kids to have very basic and safe phones to use when they are out and about for school or sports activities. I have never had issues with customer service and LOVE the chat system.
Kamil Khan was very helpful today and troubleshooted my problem as quickly as possible. We were able to come up with a solution.
