I think whoever founded this company must have come from a great tech support background, because their support is the best of any telecom company I've ever dealt with. My issues always get resolved on the first contact, whether I phone them or use online chat.
Surprisingly, this is also the lowest I've ever paid for cell service, and I love their a la carte sales model. I just feel happy every time I log in, because their website is so well-organized, and if I need help, they solve my problem right away.
