Khurram H. was my customer service chat rep today and as always he helped me solve my problem with very little effort and very quickly. He was very clear, waited for me to take my steps and test. I was up and running in no time. I have never experienced such great customer service as I have with US Mobile and it has been consistent. I think this is my third time calling for assistance and always a pleasant experience. THANK YOU!!! Hard to believe this kind of service exists in the US.
